Returns & Refunds
All of our products are made to order, especially for you — this helps reduce waste and over-production.
For that reason, we don’t accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong size or item.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as needed.

We’ll get back to you within 2 business days.
Refund timing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
